Destination and method of delivery (eg container seafreight to Port of London)

instructions or requirements (e.g special documentation)
Payment method proposed
If you accept our quotation then we ask you for a
written Order. Solufeed acknowledge that order with an Order Acknowlegement, and
the product is then made for you, subject to Solufeed terms and conditions.
Manufacture
Liquid products are usually made at the factory
at Deeside, and soluble powder products usually come from Thirsk. Both factories
are ISO 9001-2000 certified.
You can check on the progress of your
order with our online order tracking system. The normal lead time from order to
production is 10 working days, but this varies according to the seasonal
workload.

Shipping
Solufeed is experienced in arranging shipments to all parts of the world. We
usually ship in 20 foot shipping containers (20 x 1 tonne pallets) but we can
also arrange smaller shipments, road transport and even airfreight if
required.
All necessary shipping documents, including phytosanitary
certificates, certificates or origin, certificates of analysis, movement
certificates etc. are arranged by Solufeed and despatched by courier to the
customer.
Solufeed have a long standing working relationship with a UK
shipping agent who understands our business well. We use major shipping lines
and haulage companies to ensure speedy and reliable delivery of the products.
